**1. Introduction**

Isisekelo Training Solutions (ITS) is an independent provider of training and consulting services in South Africa. We are part of the Isisekelo group of companies whose head office is located in Durban; and we strive to:

- optimise the return on investment on our human capital and assets;
- be a leader in providing impactful and sustainable rural & township socio-economic development solutions; and
- provide optimal returns on social investment for our value chain partners and customers.

Applications are hereby invited for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to work for ITS as a Manager: Programmes & Projects. The job aims at defining and implementing the standards and processes of project management for successful delivery of ITS learning programmes. The particulars of the job are as summarised next.

**2. Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Managing the ITS project management processes and objectives.
- Fostering and encouraging an innovative high-performance culture.
- Contracts and projects' performance management.
- Resourcing for special projects.
- Directing project-related stakeholder-management (client - learner - provider).
- Projects' financial management.

**3. Minimum Competency Requirements**

**3.1. Knowledge**
- M+3 degree or diploma (Project Management); or
- M+4 degree or diploma (Humanities / related field) and a certificate in Project Management (recognised by _Project Management South Africa_)

**3.2. Skills**
- 5 years’ experience in a project management role
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (esp. Word/Excel/Power/Point).
- 1 year experience using MS Teams and/or Zoom
- Time management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Valid driving license
- Experience in a project management software would be an added advantage
- Experience in a consulting environment would be an added advantage

**3.3. Behavioural Attributes**

- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral, written and visual)
- Emotional intelligence
