**Senior Credit Controller Construction**:
The role is responsible for credit management of an allocated number of clients which includes billing, collection and relationship building and the management of the credit control team. Objectives:

- To ensure that Credit control policies procedures are applied to
- 60 90 day reports - updated on a weekly basis and forwarded to the Credit Manager
- Must be able to perform reconciliations accurately and in the correct ageing
- Monitor credit limits on a weekly basis
- Interact with clients to obtain additional credit information to support credit lines
- Reconcile transactions and balances to maintain accurate accounts
- Initiate credits and adjustments to client accounts within the company policy limits
- Submit requests to senior management and supporting documentation for accounts requiring credit limit Increased
- Manage relationships with the clients in order to reduce exposure to potential bad debt
- Monitor violations of credit policies, provide analysis, conclusion and recommendations, present findings to senior management and suggest actions / penalties to be taken when appropriate
- Prepare cash forecasts including customer collections
- Report on outstanding debt
- Prepare age analysis reports
- Supervise the credit Control Team Minimum:

- Advance Excel
- 3 - 5 years experience in a Credit Control
- Statistical skills - Analytical skills
- Communication skills - Interpersonal skills
- Risk Management skills
- Reporting writing skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Negotiation skills
- Grade 12

B.Com or similar
- Credit Management 1 - Advantageous Personality Attributes

- Readily and willing to assist fellow team members where needed
- Must Be Able to work overtime in order to meet deadlines as set out by Management
