**Private Beach / Holiday House

We are seeking a responsible, dedicated, and experienced couple to manage and maintain our privately owned beach/holiday house. The role requires the couple to do the physical housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, and general property management. Cooking skills are an advantage.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ previous proven experience in a similar role preferred in a luxury private environment
- Good communications skill in English
- Written and Verbal
- Computer Literate most notably Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Fit and healthy as tasks will be physically done by the couple
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and detail oriented
- Self-motivated and responsible
- understand that the house MUST be ready at all times for guests.
- Valid driver’s licenses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Housekeeping: Daily cleaning, laundry, and ensuring the house is always guest-ready.
- Maintenance: General repairs, managing utilities, and coordinating with service providers.
- Gardening: Maintaining the garden, landscaping, and ensuring outdoor areas are well-kept.
- Hosting to some extent
- checking up and making sure the guests/owners have everything they need for a successful stay.
- Cooking: Preparing meals for the owners or guests (if required).
- Security: Ensuring the property is secure at all times.

**Package**:

- R15 000 for the couple
- Accommodation with utilities (please no pets or dependents)
