**A Day in the Life**

As a QA Technician at our manufacturing facility, you’ll be a guardian of our renowned quality, playing a critical role in ensuring the integrity of every product we manufacture. Working within our dynamic quality department, you’ll utilize your expertise and keen attention to detail to uphold the highest standards in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Control Expertise**:

- 6-10 years experience within the same or similar industry.
- Relevant qualification
- Conduct rigorous quality control testing on manufactured products, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Participate actively in quality operations related to new product launches, including the validation of defect panoplies and control systems for production processes.

**Continuous Improvement Champion**:

- Analyze quality dashboards to identify trends and potential areas for improvement within our manufacturing processes.
- Lead and collaborate on action plans to address identified quality issues, working effectively with factory teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance existing processes, packaging, and quality systems, adapting to evolving industry standards and embracing new technologies.

**Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing**:

- Coordinate and deliver quality training programs, ensuring new team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to maintain our high standards.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development within the quality team, sharing best practices and fostering open communication.
