Hiring for a **Machine Lead** with extensive experience on a **Tissue Machine**

**About You**

You will be responsible for operating the tissue machines on a shift basis and be the advanced papermaker on shift. You'll be required to lead your team with respect to operating various tissue making equipment.

On the job troubleshooting and structured parameter monitoring is required with corrective action implementation on shift.

The qualifications and skills required to perform at optimal level is listed below:

- N3/Matric/equivalent qualification
- S4 diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology would be an advantage
- 5 years’ experience on high speed manufacturing equipment
- 2 years’ experience on tissue manufacturing equipment
- Operate DCS systems
