**BIOVAC** is one of the leading sterile vaccine manufacturers rooted in Africa, with our core purpose being to "protect life". We are looking to hire a dynamic, passionate, confident, proactive and meticulous IT Applications Manager to join a goal-oriented team.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED**:

- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

**NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE**:

- 7-10 Years Experience in managerial level of similar role.
- SAP experience, including SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**:

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution and service delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements, prioritize enhancements, and ensure successful implementation and deployment.
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement necessary controls and procedures to meet compliance standards.
- Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes, manage risks, communicate changes to end-users, and ensure smooth transitions.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, promote professional development, and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation.
