Position: Accounts Clerk/Junior Bookkeeper

Location: Johannesburg

**Salary**: R15,000

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

- Education: Matric and a diploma/degree in finance.
- Driver's License: Valid RSA Driver's License.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel; experience with Pastel will be beneficial.
- Experience: Entry-level position, so no prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Allocation: Allocate finances to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Cashbook Reconciliation: Perform cashbook reconciliation.
- Creditor Invoices: Process creditor invoices and investigate any discrepancies.
- Creditors Reconciliation: Perform creditors reconciliation.
- Filing: Maintain organized filing systems.
- Debtors Reconciliation: Assist with debtors reconciliation.
- Stock Monitoring: Capture and monitor stock.
- Supporting Management: Provide support to management.
- Financial Analysis: Assist cross-functional teams with basic financial analysis and data gathering.
- Financial Reports: Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and presentations.
