_Sigma Connected is seeking an experienced Performance Analyst to join their dynamic and fast growing team_

The department's aim is to work closely with the Business to help them understand performance data and provide insight. To support the continuous improvements in all aspects of the business.

The role will include requirements gathering and building of new Reporting for Operations. You will then support the continuous improvement of all KPIs to ensure performance standards are of a high standard. Working with Operations you will look for opportunities to not only improve performance but to help support the Client with the management of the contract. This role will support our resource and planning department. Helping build reporting that will support the business in all aspects of that area.

**Role Requirements**:

- 2 Years’ experience in the capacity of a Performance Analyst or Data Analyst role
- Previous experience in a Resource Planning role
- Call Centre experience is desirable
- Power Bi experience mandatory
- SQL experience highly beneficial
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experience with presenting to Senior Management
- Experience running workshops and working with business stakeholders to devise appropriate reporting and dashboard formats
- Experience working closely with key operational stakeholders to understand the wider business objectives and how quality data solutions can make a positive impact
- Previous experience in a Data Analyst role
- Call Centre experience is desirable
- Utilities experience desirable

Role Responsibilities
- You will be required to build new reporting in Power Bi for Resource Planning to support with day to day management of this department.
- You will consult with stakeholders, find patterns and trends, highlight potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
- You will work with a range of tools, predominantly Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, to produce complex but easy-to-understand dashboards and reports.
- You will also need to be comfortable and capable of presenting your findings to senior management, on a one to one or group basis
