**Location**: Sandton, Johannesburg.

**Gross Salary**: R15,000 - R20,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct administrative tasks such as quoting, invoicing, and managing ticket systems efficiently.
- Inbound and Outbound calls booking repairs and services for oxygen machines
- Booking couriers
- Interact professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Track payments and ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Manage workflow pipelines to optimize operational efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate logistics for equipment sales, rentals, and repairs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for reference purposes.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and basic data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and professional demeanour.
- Experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with invoicing software and ticket management systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.

**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
