**Creditors Clerk - Northern Suburbs, Cape Town - R14 000.00 - R16 000.00**

**Fixed term: 6-month contract**

Key function: Responsible for the processing of supplier invoices, including reconciliations

**Creditors Duties**:

- Capture data and general information
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Prepare supplier reconciliations
- Responsible for loading new suppliers and beneficiaries
- Ensure that supplier invoices are authorised according to company policies and delegation of authority
- Resolving supplier and payment queries
- Processing recoupment invoices to customers
- Query outstanding amounts where payment terms have lapsed
- General administration functions

**Requirements**:

- Computer literate: Microsoft Office and Excel are desirable
- Any Sage accounting package experience will be advantageous
- Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred or willingness to learn
- Four years’ relevant experience required
- Good organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to deal with multiple requests and tasks
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliverables
- Large Book
- Fast pace
