We're seeking talented individuals for our Customer Education and Services role
**The Roles**:
- **Engagement Manager (7+ yrs exp)**_
Lead our customer education and services team, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- **Senior Consultant (5+ yrs exp)**_
Develop and deliver engaging training programs to empower customers and maximize product adoption.
- **Consultant (3+ yrs exp)**_
Contribute to the development and delivery of customer education materials and programs.
- **Customer Service Analyst (3+ yrs exp)**_
Provide exceptional customer support, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Junior Customer Service Analyst (1+ yr exp)**_
Gain valuable experience in customer service by assisting customers and contributing to a positive customer experience.
**Minimum Qualifications (all positions)**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Training, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (experience may be substituted in some cases).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field (specific requirements vary by position).
