**Talent Acquisition Specialist Professional Hire (US Remote)**

At amplify5, we're constantly trying to improve the company by hiring the most talented individuals we can find. To assist us in finding, evaluating, and hiring applicants for various positions within the United States, we are looking for a talent acquisition specialist. As a member of the HR team, the TAS will manage all the tasks related to the recruitment process.

**Duties**:

- Assist and liaise with Hiring Managers regarding the recruitment processes.
- Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies.
- Review employment applicants and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
- Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations where appropriate.
- Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
- Perform competency-based interviews and assessments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inform applicants about facilities, operations, benefits and job or career opportunities.
- Work towards recruitment objectives / KPI’s.
- Maintain a pipeline of resumes for projected recruitment intakes.
- Arrange all logistics around the interviews to be conducted.
- Ensure all recruitment packs are compliant as per amplify5’s Audit requirements.
- Perform other related administrative and reasonable duties as instructed.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client area(s) of all campaigns.
- Flexible approach to working hours and location.
- Ability to build talent pool pipeline and identify new clients for current talent pool.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Matric (Completed)
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field **(Advantageous)**

**Experience**:

- 12 Months experience gained within a recruitment environment.
- 12 Months experience gained within an Agency/BEC Recruitment experience.
- 2 Years enterprise experience.
- Experience in working flexible US business hours.
- Flexible approach to working hours and location.

**Key Competencies**:

- PC literacy (Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience and evidence of working in a complex, changing, fast-paced environment.
- Experience and evidence of delivering the full Recruitment Process from sourcing to contract signing.

**Benefits**:
**Salary**: R20 000,00 - R27 000,00 per month
