**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric
- 1+ years of experience working with customers in call center or retail or aviation travel environment and providing high quality service.
- To be flexible and willing to work unsocial hours.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- IT skills for dealing with the computerized check-in systems.
- To be able to cope with difficult passengers, empathetic and remain calm.
- Problem-solving skills, “thinking outside of the box.”
- Proficiency with learning new technology
- Must have fluent neutral accent, with the ability to articulate English and bubbly personality.
- Must be energetic, confident, enthusiastic, empathetic and passionate.
- Excellent customer interaction service and excellent communication skills.
- Displaying empathy and embracing company values and customer charter.
- Demonstrate a calm and professional attitude.
