**Job Summary**:
**What you will do**:

- Ensure equipment safety compliance to legislative requirements and Tetrapak standard.
- Overall reliability of equipment’s of respective process through planning, directing and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Provide technical leadership to technicians and operators for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implementation of effective counter measure.
- Drive innovation to improve maintainability, energy efficiency, machine ergonomics.
- Lead development of technicians within the cell
- Drive the development of performance objectives for Technicians and their review

**We believe you have**:

- Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent or Diploma in engineering
- At least 2-3 year’s experience as maintenance engineer**We Offer You**
