As an E-Commerce Coordinator at Security King, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our online retail operations. Your primary duties will revolve around stock management, order fulfillment, quality control, listings and catalog management, as well as promotions management. You will also be responsible/part of the expansion of the Online presence/platforms.

This role requires high proficiency in Microsoft Office to effectively carry out the assigned tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure optimal stock availability for online sales.

2. Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure prompt delivery.

3. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize returns or product issues.

4. Listings and Catalog Management: Create and update product listings, descriptions, and images on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling content.

5. Promotions Management: Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility.

6. Monitor and maintain all Online platforms/systems.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel, is essential to handle data analysis, reporting, and inventory management efficiently.
- A diploma in a related field is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in business or e-commerce principles.

**Experience**:

- e-commerce: 1 year (required)
