Concept designing, rendering, detail designing and compilation of complete manufacturing drawings for each design
Research and design of new concepts or products
Product development of current products
Technical support to the sales and manufacturing teams
Cost estimations of old and new designs
Comparisons of estimated versus actual costs upon the completion of a project
Keeping costings updated on current range of products
All other tasks related to the position

**Qualifications**:
Matric with mathematics
Mechanical Draughting qualification
Proficiency in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
Strong computer skills (MS Office and Auto Desk proficiency is mandatory, experience in Access is beneficial)
Valid driver’s license and own transport
