Studio Traffic Manager

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Studio Traffic Manager to join our clients team. The Studio Traffic Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the workflow of projects within the studio, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of high-quality work. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project intake and assignment within the studio.
- Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, and resources to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
- Communicate project status updates, priorities, and changes to relevant team members and stakeholders.
- Work closely with project managers, creative teams, and other stakeholders to allocate resources effectively and optimize project efficiency.
- Track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks or delays, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project status, resource allocation, and other relevant information using project management tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Continuously optimize and streamline studio processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in a traffic management or project coordination role within a creative studio or agency environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal teams and external clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with creative project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Familiarity with design and creative processes.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
