RPO Recruitment's client is currently looking for a Production Superintendent to join their dynamic team in the packaging industry, based in Johannesburg. As a Production Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products.
We are seeking a friendly and approachable individual who is passionate about production and has a strong understanding of the packaging industry. You will work closely with a team of production staff, ensuring that production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained. You will also be responsible for implementing and improving production processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant degree or diploma in production or engineering
- Prior experience in a production leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the packaging industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
