Senior Payroll & Benefits Administrator

Our client within the automotive manufacturing is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll & Benefits Administrator:
- You will be responsible for:
- All data capturing and processing of salaries for 2 plants on payroll system
- Employee queries relating to above
- 3rd party Administration
- Administration of Sick Leave/Maternity Leave/Ill-Health Applications
- Process MIBCO returns on-line
- Distribute all MIBCO correspondence
- Process Ill-Health, Discharged and Maternity Benefits - Department of Labour
- Preparation and faxing of garnishee schedules
- Maintenance of all MIBCO related filling
- Adhoc duties for HR Manager
- Employee queries relating to above
- Process HR forms
- Process Performance Bonuses

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- 5-10 years payroll experience
- VIP Experience
- Employee Benefit Experience (3rd Party)
- Computer Literate including Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- payroll: 5 years (preferred)
- VIP: 2 years (preferred)
- employee benefits (3rd party): 3 years (preferred)
