**The Opportunity**:
Are you a skilled and compassionate nurse seeking a part-time role where you can make a significant impact on patients' lives? We are currently looking for a part-time nurse to join our team at Expand Health. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to administer IVs and draw blood samples from our patients. Additionally, you will receive training on how to use our wellbeing modalities and advanced diagnostic and testing devices.

We are seeking a nurse who is detail-oriented, professional, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. **Requirements**:
**Nursing Responsibilities**:

- Administer intravenous therapies and intramuscular injections to patients with precision and professionalism
- Perform phlebotomy procedures to draw blood samples from patients, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Assurance protocols
- Ensure accurate documentation and information processing related to phlebotomy procedures
- Educate patients about the benefits of IV therapies and guide them in integrating them into their health and wellness regimen
- Collaborate with the clinic team to provide seamless patient care and support
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to established procedures, rules, and regulations
- Ensure all equipment and devices are functioning properly, reporting any issues to the senior team
- Receive training on the use of wellbeing modalities and advanced diagnostic and testing devices
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest nursing practices and techniques

**Operations**:

- Document patient visits and maintain accurate records
- Communicate any issues or adverse effects experienced by patients to the senior team
- Collaborate with the senior team to ensure optimal centre performance
- Be flexible with your schedule, accommodating the clinic's operating hours and patient needs
- Make timely and effective decisions regarding any issues that arise
- Assist in other areas of the centre as needed

**Education/Experience Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in nursing
- Certificate in phlebotomy techniques
- HPCSA Registration in the relevant register and practice field
- Previous experience in a nursing role is preferred
- Desire to continue learning about health, wellness, and best nursing practices
