Experience Hotel Receptionist

Benoni, Gauteng (You must live on the East Rand)

salary R5.5K - R6.5K

We are looking for an experienced Front Desk staff for our hotel business. You must have 3+ years’

experience working in a hotel in a similar position. You must be friendly, smiley and have an excellent

command for the English Language. You must be confident and be able to think on your feet.
- Excellent guest relations
- Professional and well groomed
- Must be accurate with all administration
- Handling check in’s and check outs smoothly and efficiently
- Exceeding guests’ expectations and always trying to be proactive to wow guests
- 3 years previous experience in 3/4-star hotels/lodges front office
- Understand all front office procedures
- Willing to work early, late shifts, public holidays, and weekends
- Computer literate in MS Office and a reservation system
- Grade 12 certificate or higher
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Bubbly and warm personality
- Being reliable and trustworthy
- Communicate well
- Always ready to help and assist
- Be very organised and methodical
- Ready for a new challenge in life and a long term involvement in his/her future job
