adumo Technical Product Managers are **directly responsible for the success of a product**. They have to make sure that that the product is fulfilling all product offerings. They also actively search for any issues or problems and fix them by working with product managers, product owners, and the development team/s.

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**

**Technical Product, Functionality and Roadmap**
- Is the Subject Matter expert wrt Customer Engagement platforms in adumo.
- Maintains a view of all functionality across all platforms for comparison and roadmap input
- Provides input into business case motivation for new product requirements and initiatives
- Provides Strategy Baseline, Thought Leadership and gives input into product roadmaps, also considers disruptive dynamics
- Identifies opportunities for new domain/product/service developments and/or refining existing domain/product/service offerings to gain competitive advantage
- Works with Commercial Product Managers, Technical Product Managers, BA. TA, PM and architects in other streams to ensure their requirements are supported by the platform and API’s. This will require involvement in both business and system analysis.
- Works with stock management, implementations and business systems teams to ensure efficient processes, tools and people are in place to support customer deployment from an availability, preparation, distribution, installation and on-site support perspective
