Motor Trade Service Department Costing Clerk

Franchise dealership based on the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, is looking for a Costing clerk for their Service Department.

This is a position for a junior person who can do Costing and Bookings in the Service Department. Basic Salary offers around R10500 + incentives on average of R2000 possibly + company contributions to medical aid and provident fund.

**Requirements**:

- One year minimum franchise dealership service department experience as Costing Clerk is not negotiable. This is a MUST have.
- Energetic person, willing to learn with great numerical skills, attention to detail and working with accuracy.
- Customer service orientated.
- Must have working experience on Evolve / Kerridge / Drive etc.

Duties will include but is not limited to:

- Opening of job cards, costing, invoicing and creating estimates.
- Check all jobs for outstanding campaigns prior job being allocated in the workshop.
- Costing of internal jobs, cash jobs and warranty jobs.
- Controlling of internal job cards and sublet work.
- Submitting reports to management.
- Clear criminal record
- Minimum Senior Certificate qualification.
- Service bookings
- Clear credit record

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From R10 500,00 per month
