**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the training, implementation, support, monitoring and control of all Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental (QSHE) requirements & processes aligned to the approved integrated management system and all relevant legal and commercial requirements. This includes maintenance of all QSHE protocols and site licenses / certifications via frequent documented audits.

- Formal Compliance training / certificate
- Incident Investigation training / certificate
- Health, Safety & Environment management training / certificate
- SHERQ / Similar management system
**Computer Literacy Level**
- Proficient in Excel for data management and report
- Proficient in SharePoint (Document Control)
**Job-related Requirements**
1-3 years relevant experience in industry with experience in all job-related requirements listed below;
- Compliance: Must ensure full site compliance, including the following: DSV Policies, Health and Safety Regulations (including COVID-19), Processes, Work Instructions, Maintenance Schedules, Audits (internal and external), licenses, accreditations and Local Authority requirements whether health / food / security or similar;
- QSHE control, including (but not limited to) ISO 9001:2015/14001:2015/45001:2018;
- Appointment and maintenance of all roles within Integrated Management System (IMS) framework;
- Training: Ensure all parties are trained effectively by accredited parties and licenses are renewed in time to prevent lapse;
- Product identification and compliant storage, with segregation by resultant UN Code and/or MSDS category;
Problem Solving: Effective Root Cause Analysis, Trend Analysis, Problem Solving and implementation of Corrective and Preventative Measures;
- Incident Reporting: On time, professional, accurate and thorough incident reporting training, support and execution for internal and external clients;
- Auditing: Preparation, execution and reporting of various site SHERQ audits;
- Communication: Communicate effectively (written and verbal) to manage and meet both internal and external customer expectations;
- Management: All managerial functions required within job description (Planning, Organizing, Leading, Controlling, Monitoring) carried out independently, effectively and reliably;
- Stress and Conflict: Effective techniques and/or skills to manage conflict, cope with stress and work under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Commercial: Ensure operations always compliant within framework of client contracts and SLA’s, supplier agreements and local authority legal requirements;
- Waste Management aligned with Environmental Targets: Measure and drive continuous improvement relative to ‘Reduce, Re-use and Recycle’ policy, and ensure any recycling is compliant;
- Contractor Management: Ensure all contractors are on DSV preferred provider list, meet all HSE requirements (compliant licenses, accreditations, processes, staff, training and equipment), have suitable safety file and are audited daily whilst on site to ensure HSE standards are always met;

Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach and continuously develop & improve quality, and other related obligations;
- An understanding of warehousing principles, whether large
- or small-scale;
- An understanding of quality assurance and audit processes in relation to the supply chain industry and associated quality management systems; and - Internal auditor (9001/14001/45001/similar).
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Daily department specific duties:
Ensure all shipments within DSV’s control are compliant with the current Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE)-, Animal / Human Health (or related) policies, as well as standard operating procedures to mitigate any potential risks associated with the supply chain;
- Ensure compliance to QSHE- policies, standard operating procedure as well as statutory guidance documents;
- Review, write, train and implement procedures / processes / workflows or other, as and when required to ensure compliance with adopted Quality Management System (QMS) within the warehouse. This requirement extending into HSE management system to ensure congruency with the IMS;
- Active participation in audits whether internal, client, statutory or other;
- Active participation in non-conformance closure through appropriate implementation of remedial action to ensure robustness of adopted QMS;
- Active participation in continual improvement;
- Full participation in waste management whilst providing support to the quality lead, operational management and / or
other;
