**SeniorProject Manager at Siemens Energy**

Designs, develops, and managescustomer projects, according to defined Project Management (PM) disciplines andcustomer requirements, and with responsibility for economic results.

**HowYou’ll Make an Impact**
- Consults with customers on technical solutions, together with SalesManager or Key Account Manager
- Clarifies customers’ targets and requirements, and/or specification inrequest for proposal (RFP)
- Prepares participation in tender and leads negotiation with customers.
- Coordinates overall planning of the project and decides on allocation ofresources
- Clarifies specification and continuously liaise with accountable ProjectManager Internal.
- Monitors milestone and adherence to budgets, and initiates actions tominimize non-conformance cost
- Maintains constant communication to customers, outside contractors orother stakeholders
- May coordinate agreed commissioning measures onsite, together with SiteEngineering Management
- Adheres to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Taxregulations, Export Control, EHS)
- Manages and coordinates all project managers and project teams.
- Maintain forecast accuracy +- 5%
- Average improvement on gross margin -20%
- Reduction of NCC levels from previous FYE
- Submission of weekly reports
- Update Program
- VFL Program
- Maintain QMS and EHS systems for project execution.

**What YouBring***
- 10 years Project Management experience will be an advantage on solutionand turnkey projects
- Prior experience Transformer and HV projects is a requirement.
- SACPMP registration will be an advantage
