Call Centre Agent

**DUTIES**:
We are looking for a well-spoken and articulate individual with work experience in a sales and target-driven call centre environment to join the Manati team for 6 months (with the potential to become permanent). The Call Centre Agent's job duties will include inbound and outbound calls, but will not be limited to:

- Contacting potential clients using all required methods to obtain outstanding information and complete data entering requirements
- Liaising with Educational Institutions
- Liaising with partnered Financial Services and Credit Providers
- Verifying accuracy of data from designated sources
- Locating and correct any visible data errors
- Capturing information into predesignated databases or systems as required
- Ensuring that both security and confidentiality is maintained
- Assisting with compiling of daily and monthly reports
- Assisting with accounting processes and principles
- Assisting with other ad hoc operational requirements as requested

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric essential
- At least 6 months CRM experience
- Must be computer literate and have the ability to capture data while on the phone with a client
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors
- Strict adherence to confidentiality regulations and ethical standards
- Clear credit and criminal record
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Must be a South African Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Available to work shifts during peak operational periods

**WORKING HOURS**:

- Examples of the typical shift schedules that could be applied:_
- Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm (30 mins lunch) [8 hours]
- Some weekdays from 10:00am - 3:00pm (no lunch) and 5:30pm - 8:30pm [8 hours]
- Monday from 8:00am - 4:30pm (30 mins lunch), Tuesday to Friday from 8:00am - 3:30pm (30 mins lunch) and Saturday from 8:00am - 12:00am (no lunch).

**IMPORTANT**:
A 2-month paid probation period will apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 1-6 months

**Salary**: R6,500.00 - R8,500.00 per month
