PART-TIME/FREELANCE JOB OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an assistant to help with cold calling and canvassing properties in the city bowl area (Cape Town).

Roles and responsibilities
- Hours: 9am - 4pm
- 4 Days (Potential renewal)
- R450 per day
- Minimum requirement of 250 phone calls per day & extra admin
- Airtime voucher supplied

The overall expectation is that you are representing me as the sales agent in the City Bowl, Cape Town as well as the agency I am associated with.

The job entails you to find potential sellers and buyers. I will provide you with calling guidelines. I will provide a 1 hour training session before starting.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4 days
Part-time hours: 28 per week

**Salary**: R450.00 per day

Ability to Commute:

- Sea Point, Western Cape (preferred)
