Property Portfolio Manager

**Key Competencies**:
Meeting, discussing and understanding the needs of sellers & buyers
Scheduling appointments that are suitable with the client's schedules
Performing research of the local market by comparing properties and checking market activity to establish a selling price
Listing properties on relevant portals or the relevant services and amenities
Liaising between the buyers and sellers to negotiate prices by using their marketing abilities and knowledge
Arranging digital imagery of properties for presentation to buyers and advertising collateral
Revealing any new information to buyers and presenting any details about the properties seen during the research process
Arrange property visits and making a purchase offer on a property
Attending closing dates and providing support for clients
Providing excellent, professional telephonic and electronic communication to clients ensuring that accurate information is disseminated.
Adhering to Management Association rules and regulations.
Maintaining a professional relationship with all Management Association staff/personnel.
Protect the company, Clients and Landlords from Management Association action E
**Experience and Education / Qualifications**
Tertiary Education would be an advantage
Appropriate knowledge of statutory, municipal and home owner association rules, regulations and requirements
Strong written and verbal skills.
Understanding of meter readings and dispute processes at the municipality
Good computer skills with specific knowledge of Private Property regulations
Code 8 Driver's licence
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
