**Location**:

- Remote: (Must be familiar with the UK Press landscape)

**Experience & Skills Required**:

- 3+ years in Press and Public Relations, with a focus on accounting firms.
- Must be able to work remotely with strong and stable Internet connectivity (fibre is a plus) and have your own laptop.
- You have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, influencers, and stakeholders in the UK.
- Write compelling press releases, op-eds, and articles that effectively communicate our mission and initiatives.
- Actively monitor media coverage, and respond to press inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with our marketing and social media teams to synchronize messaging across multiple platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Public Relations, with a proven track record in the accounting sector.
- In-depth understanding of the UK press landscape and key media outlets.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a flair for storytelling.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A strong ethical foundation aligned with our organizational values.

- The monthly salary for a full-time position (Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM) will be between R25K - and R30K. For the part-time position, the salary will be prorated based on the days worked. You will be paid as "self-employed". It is your responsibility to pay the necessary taxes and ensure compliance with all applicable tax and legal requirements in South Africa.
