Solaire Capital is a correspondent bridge lender that offers speedy financing solutions of $1M to $10M for U.S. based retail, 1-4 unit SFR, multi-family and other commercial real estate properties. Working remotely on a flexible schedule with U.S. borrowers, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with real estate developers, owners and mortgage brokers in the U.S.
- Pre-screening and qualifying transactions prior to the underwriting and marketing process.

We offer a USD commission-based fee upon the closing of each transaction.

Please reach out if you have commercial real estate and loan advisory experience and are familiar with the U.S. commercial real estate market.

Recent projects include:

- funding of a portfolio of gas stations across Texas $1.5M
- funding of a stand-alone bank branch in Chicago $2.2M
- funding for a foreign national acquiring a 18 unit multifamily in San Francisco $3.6M

Independent contractor. 100% commission-based compensation.
