We are currently seeking a **Senior Manager: SDLC & Governance**

**Role Overview**: Lead multiple service teams in the strategic planning, optimization, and alignment of practices related to Integration Certifications, SDLC Governance Tooling, and SDLC Innovation. Ensure successful planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of software development processes, aligning with the overall functional strategy, compliance standards, industry best practices, and business objectives.

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and implement the strategic vision for Software Engineering practices and processes in support of Derivco business objectives.
- Lead and manage SDLC platform initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, quality standards, and risk mitigation.
- Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvement in software engineering practices across the company.
- Monitor KPIs and resource allocation across SDLC teams to ensure efficient, on-time, and within-budget project delivery.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to address platform users' needs, driving continuous improvement and service consistency.
- Translate the Enterprise Services functional strategic goals into actionable plans for the SDLC platform teams, ensuring that all activities align with the broader business strategy.
- Manage team budget to align with strategy, ensuring financial feasibility across projects.
- Contribute to the development of departmental budget.
- Manage projects to ensure they adhere to estimated costs and provide input into reducing costs and optimizing software.
- Lead and drive a management team with a focus on strategic delivery, setting clear direction and transparent expectations, to exhibit the culture and values of the business and achieve / exceed KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the SDLC process.

**Key Qualifications and Experience**:

- 8-12 Years with 8 years of software SDLC governance, enterprise platform or environment delivery & at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Advanced understanding of job-related concepts and specialization in some areas and/or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); SDLC Governance (COBIT, ITIL, ISO etc); Software Development; Quality Assurance and Testing; DevOps and CI/CD; In-depth iGaming Operator Knowledge; Regulatory Compliance; Platform Architecture; Modern Development Methodology; AI/ML
- Data Management Processes; Architecture & Design Principles; Customer Portfolio; Product Portfolio; Expertise in market dynamics; Customer needs; relationship management;
