**VETERINARY ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED**

**Cape Animal Dentistry Service in Kenilworth, Cape Town is looking for a self-motivated person to work alongside our specialist veterinarian and team to continue to provide excellent care to our patients and clients as we expand our services.**

**Skills required**:

- **Data capturing, record-keeping and administrative skills are essential**:

- **Computer literacy with experience in online platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)**:

- **Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently**:

- **Diligence with attention to detail**:

- **Professionalism, practical problem-solving ability and effective communication**:

- **Willing to learn new skills**

**Duties will include (but not limited to)**:

- **Answering the phone, booking and managing appointments and specialist referrals**:

- **Clinic administration and facilitating the team**:

- **Debt-collecting**

**Veterinary practice experience an advantage. No weekend or public holiday duties.**

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
