Planning Assistant- Crocs

This position is required to work closely with the Retail planner and Merchandiser to analyse customer activity, forecast sales, select forward-trending merchandise and replenish stores optimally to maximise trading opportunities and minimise stock holdings in store.

**Stock Management**
- Monitor store capacity, SKU capacity & SKU productivity
- Fulfill IO's for DTC channels
- Execute allocations to stores for both seasonal product and core product based on store needs and analysis
- Assist with tracking and managing DTC marketing style for the season
- Communicating with Stores where necessary to understand trading patterns by doing monthly store visits
- Marketing Orders & Staff allocations
- Assist with weekly cycle counts & stock take process

**Product Analytics**
- Manage TOP & BOTTOM product performers by looking at sell throughs, weeks of stock (WOS) & Stock Ageing
- Monitoring in season trade and react accordingly
- Assist with Promotional Calendar
- Manage store rankings, missed opportunities and SKU productivity
- Ad hoc tasks

**Reporting**
- Weekly Sales Report - Key metric review: Margin, ATV & UPT
- Promotional Activity sales
- KPI Report
- BI Report for Global
- Assisting to maintain Replen Tool & implement developments when needed
- Post Seasonal analysis
- Ad hoc tasks

**General/Ad Hoc**
- Being part of the Buying & Planning cycle
- Reasonable adhoc tasks or duties that may be required from time to time
- Relevant qualification
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Stores experience will be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong administration skills
- Intermediary excel knowledge of pivots and formulas
- Highly numerate and able to deal with large volumes of data
- Organized and deadline driven with exceptional attention to detail
- Eye for detail
- Must have good problem-solving skills
- Enjoys working with a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
- Strong communication skills
- High emotional intelligence
