- National Senior Certificate.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in SHE in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 5 years’ experience at a senior management level.

- Valid Driver’s License (Code 08).

- Develop and maintain a safety management system.

- Investigate accidents and incidents.
- Manage corrective actions.

**Project Management**:

- Manage projects as required.

**Employee Development**:

- Engage with employees.
- Provide training and development.
- Address non-compliant behavior.
