**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
- To work as part of a multidisciplinary SAP Project Team responsible for the full end to end lifecycle of delivering solutions within the relevant area of expertise in the SAP S/4 Hana and SAP BW/4 HANA solutions by translating business requirements into detailed Fiori solutions to support business requirements and existing business processes.

**ACCOUNTABILITY - PROJECT DELIVERY**

**Outputs to deliver this accountability**:

- Leverage the best practices embedded within SAP Fiori, manage regular service packs and upgrades and enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand current conditions, identify, and prioritize improvement opportunities. Design and implement technology roadmap to enhance SAP Fiori, and reduce total cost of ownership.
- Lead in all phases of the implementation lifecycle including POC, blueprinting, mapping, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support. Organize and prepare work effectively to facilitate proactive resolution of problems, rather than reactive.
- Analyze, design, develop and standardize SAP FIORI Gateway Systems.
- Provide expertise and leadership in all project deployments including documentation related to migration tasks, troubleshooting and identifying FIORI-related OData Services.
- Troubleshoot issues reported by end users.

**Minimum Qualifications and Requirements**:
**Personal**
- Must have strong leadership and analytical skills with high attention to detail proficiency levels.
- Strong executive presence and ability to interact at that level.
- Experience with interacting with third party resources, including offshore teams.
- Proven leadership in managing, governing, and providing oversight of internal teams, 3rd party integrators, consultants and vendors through various initiatives.
- Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple activities.
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.

**Role specific**:

- Proven Experience within the relevant area of expertise.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in SAP, with at least 2 full lifecycle S/4 Hana design and implementation projects.
- Assisting customers in testing performance and security and providing support for necessary changes,
- Experience in S/4 HANA Green Fields implementation will be advantageous.
- SAP S/4 HANA certification within the relevant area of expertise will be advantageous.
- Fiori Experience preferred w.r.t. Role Updates, Catalog and Group Updates. FIORI Implementation experience will be advantageous.
- Configure Workflow, actions and rules.
- Experience of working within a project environment to ITIL processes and Project Execution Methodologies e.g. Agile, Waterfall Mode
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to work across teams to develop and implement complex projects.
- High level of MS Office proficiency.
