- Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience**Minimum requirements: Lecturer (Permanent)**:

- A Master’s Degree in Jewellery Design
- At least two (2) years’ relevant lecturing experience in Higher Education
- Working knowledge of Rhino software

**Recommendations**
- At least two (2) years’ Industry experience in Jewellery Design and manufacture

**Minimum requirements: Junior Lecturer (5-year contract)**
- BTech/Honours Degree in Jewellery Design
- Working knowledge of Rhino software

**Recommendations**
- At least one (1) years’ Industry experience in Jewellery Design and manufacture
- Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities- Participate in curriculum development
- Perform appropriate academic and administrative duties in the Department
- Participate in the Quality Assurance activities of the Department
- Participate in research
- Contribute to community initiatives by integrating community interventions into curriculum.
- Develop and maintain linkages with industry and professional bodies on co-operative education, new techniques/technologies, and research projects
- Assist with marketing and recruitment activities
- Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Head of Department
