Key Responsibilities:

- ** Operational Excellence**: Assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring top standards in hospitality, service, and facility maintenance.
- ** Team Leadership**: Motivate and manage a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service, supporting staff development and fostering a positive work environment.
- ** Quality Control**: Monitor lodge facilities and services to maintain our 5-star standards, with attention to detail in all guest-facing areas.
- ** Inventory & Financial Oversight**: Manage inventory, assist in budget tracking, and oversee stock levels to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a management role within a 5-star lodge, boutique hotel, or similar high-end hospitality environment.
- A passion for delivering luxury guest experiences with an eye for detail and excellence.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Adaptability to work in a remote location, with a flexible approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in lodge management systems and inventory control.
