- Manage finance and administration, debtors, creditors and payroll
- Ensure that all statutory returns are completed accurately in a timely manner
- Office Management
- Liaise with accounts departments and clients in regard to billing invoices and collections
- Management team assistance
- Sales team support
- Becoming involved in many aspects of the financial operation of a new business including management accounts, budgeting payroll, human and business planning
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Matric Certificate
- At least 1 year accounting training (diploma or certificate)
- At least 2-3 years’ proven experience in a similar role
- Knowledgeable of Vat/ PAYE and other statutory requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Sage and Xero
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of accounting and financial analysis functions
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Detail orientated
- Must have valid driver’s license
