Our client has an opportunity for a Social Media Advertising Specialist to join their team within a well -established Paid Media Agency.

You will be be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat.

The Social Media Advertising Specialist will work closely with lead strategists and clients to understand their business objectives and target audience, develop effective social media advertising strategies, and manage campaigns to meet or exceed client expectations

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media advertising strategies across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat.
- Conduct audience research and analysis to inform campaign targeting and messaging.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and bid optimization.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Work closely with Lead Strategists and clients to understand their business objectives and provide regular updates on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and account management, to ensure the success of social media advertising campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns are utilizing the latest best practices and features.

Qualifications:

- Min of 2 years of experience in social media advertising, preferably in a paid media agency.
- Experience managing social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat.
- Experience on performance clients (ROI, Sales etc) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign performance and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Understanding of digital marketing and advertising concepts and best practices.
- Passion for social media and staying up-to-date on industry trends and updates.
