**Responsibilities**:

- User
- and client computer support via the ticket system according to defined SLA and company policies, both hands-on and remote.
- Support with Operation Technology related tasks in production sites.
- Deployment of approved software and hardware to the users according to company IT Policies
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong interest in technology
- Involvement in global technical IT projects
- Involvement in global technical teams
- Shorter domestic and international business travels can occur

**Minimum Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT, ECE, EEE, or other related qualifications
- 3 Years’ Experience in IT user support (PC, server, network and Printer)
- Strong knowledge, and support experience with Windows-based client systems
- Basic knowledge in supporting Windows-based servers, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP networks and Active Directory
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting of PC’s, Printers and other office technology products.
- Experience with support of Android based mobile devices needed.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R40,000.00 - R42,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
