We have a vacancy for a Project Co-ordinator. We are looking for a strong individual with excellent problem-solving skills, able to work effectively as part of a team._

Your role

The Project Coordinator has the responsibility to facilitate maintenance requirements, through the assigned maintenance organisation, for products according to project demand, and according to quality standards, within the contractual TAT for distribution to Customers.- Receive and process Customer requests for maintenance.-
- Provide return material authorization.-
- Liaise with Customer on all repair queries and progress.Assist with processing of the products through customs, goods receipt and incoming inspection.-
- Coordinate efforts with Product Maintenance Planners to ensure products are on schedule.-
- Create Customer documentation (including a purchase order, special instructions, and defect reports).-
- Create ERP system transactions and activity nodes through IFS project navigator.-
- Create Build History File and Repair Works Order.-
- Create Part Serial and As Build Structure.-
- Responsible for systematic record keeping.-
- Conclude the ERP system transactions for inventory part stock.-
- Have knowledge of the Engineering Orders for execution in the maintenance environment.-
- Host or support project and planning meetings as required.-
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.-
- Coordinate maintenance workflow to ensure repairs are completed within scope, budget the contractual TAT.-
- Interface and collaborate with all stakeholders and resolve problems to prevent delays.**Profile**:
Required skills (Specialist Knowledge Required):
- Knowledge and experience working in the Defense environment.-
- Knowledge of SGD Products will be an advantage.-
- Knowledge of SGD Repair Environment will be an advantage.-
- Knowledge of the Repairs Process within the IFS ERP System.Desired skills (Practical Experience Required):
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Maintenance Environment.-
- Minimum 3 years IFS MRP System experience.-
- Knowledge of the EASA P145 Quality Environment will be an advantage.-
- Experience working with MS Office, MS Project, Word, Excel and Power point.-
- Experience in collecting and analyzing information and generating repair reports.-
- Able to interact with all stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally with Customers.Qualification:
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.-
- National Diploma or Advance Certificate in Engineering or equivalent qualification, is preferred.-
- Certificate in Project Management or equivalent qualification, is preferred.What you will be a part of
