- Releasing all job related parts in SAP
- Create the purchase order in Mapics for items to be booked into stock and for finance to process for payment
- Allocating all parts to related jobs
- Notify the GLC to pick and pack parts for ReMan
- Responsible for all Due Dates of parts on back order, and follow up on due dates for parts to be released
- Adding and changing bin locations in Mapics for warehouse
- Assist with Cycle Counts and Resolving investigations on cycle counts
- Resolving all invoice related queries from finance
- Resolve all job related queries on Reman WIP
- Doing part quotes to vendor.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Abet level 4
- Applicants must have a minimum of three years relevant experience
- Good working knowledge of SAP & MAPICS Essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Good written and verbal Customer communication is required.
- Willing to work overtime if needed
