Recruitment Consultant

**Description**
iStore is looking for an experienced high volume recruiter to place amazing people in our stores.

The home of everything Apple, iStore is Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller. With a retail footprint of more than 29 physical and online stores

across Africa that provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training and technical support for anything and

everything Apple.

**Duties would include**:

- Manage recruitment cycle for iStore and Core Group.
- Build relationships with Hiring Manager
- Communicate with iStore management and relevant GM/Exec to get a
- clear view on their hiring needs
- Maintain relationships and customer service with internal and external
- Conduct interviews
- Background checks and references
- Organise assessments where required
- Ensure the database is kept clean and updated

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Minimum of 3 years in a high volume hands on recruitment environment
- Location Gauteng -Sandton (Needs to be at the office for the first 2 months, hybrid after that)
