- Receiving and checking of SCI and Sanlam Liquid Nub documents and FIAS records.
- Follow-up on incomplete FAIS and FICA documentation.
- Scanning and signing of SCI and Liquid documentation and sending to relevant consultants.
- Receiving and checking of SCI and SATRIX New Business documents and FAIS records for all new investors.
- Approving of all SCI and SATRIX documentations on the AWD system.
- Receiving and sorting requirements and forward the information to the correct departments.
- Ensure outstanding documentation is received from intermediaries.
- If FICA and FIAS is not received do regular follow ups according to SLA

What will make you successful in this role?
Qualification & Experience
- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years related administration experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook etc.)
- Experience within the Broker/Adviser Services or NUB environment will be advantageous

Knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of document management processes, FAIS and FICA.
- Knowledge of Sanlam office systems and processes
