Medical Aid Advisor

**Salary**: R15,000 - R20,000 CTC per month + Split Commission

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Selling medical insurance policies to new and existing clients, using an orphan policy database.
- Achieving a monthly new business target of R80,000.
- Conducting annual reviews of client financial portfolios.
- Ensuring compliance with FAIS/FICA regulations and providing necessary documentation to clients.
- Prospecting and generating referrals to expand your client base.
- Meeting clients after hours, if necessary, to conclude business.
- Referring potential leads to colleagues in other departments.
- Completing CPD training annually and staying up-to-date with product knowledge.
- Providing sound financial advice and solutions based on client needs.
- Preparing financial reports and presentations for clients.

**Requirements**:
1. Matric or equivalent qualification.

2. FSCA-approved qualification.

3. Meet FSCA requirements based on DOFA date.

4. NQF 4 or 5 in short-term insurance, depending on services rendered.

5. RE5 Certification.

6. Signed off from supervision.

7. Minimum 5 years' experience as a financial advisor.

8. Strong business, social, and personal networks.

9. Current CPD credits for the year.

10. Clean criminal record and willingness to undergo an ITC check.

11. South African Citizen with valid ID.

12. Driver’s License (Code 8 / E / EB).

13. Own reliable vehicle.

14. Own cell phone.
