Financial Systems Implementation Consultant

**Duties Include**:
- Work with your manager to develop a personalized training plan for growth to learn new skills & modules.
- Lead solution design workshops with customers.
- Deliver the solution design document (Blueprint).
- Design and deliver innovative solutions based on the client’s business requirements.
- Configure & test solutions/workflow in the client database for various modules.
- Assist customers in testing phases prior to go-live and provide go-live support.
- Lead training sessions and create custom training agendas.
- Lead meetings and drive issues to resolution.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the resolution on complex designs and solutions.
- Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed based on project plans, and progress is tracked in project management software.
- Ensure timesheets are entered accurately and on time.
**Experience & Education**:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance / Investments / Economics).
- 5+ years of work experience preferred in corporate treasury, treasury management system implementations, professional services, or other relevant accounting experience.
- Knowledge in functions such as Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity, Payments, FX Exposure Management, Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations & Risk Management is a plus.
- Exposure to ERP / Financial Systems / Treasury Management Systems is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical.
