What will you do?

The core outputs for the role is;
- Provide support to MO Principals with queries and administrative matters.
- MO contract activation or cancellation when required, after consultation with all relevant parties.
- Provide administrative support to Entity Business Managers with the management of their outsourced portfolio.
- Facilitate the recruitment and registration processes within the managed outsourced environment,
- Co-ordinate and arrange for office infrastructure (e.g. offices, telephones, networks, accounts)
- Management Meetings
- Budget Management
- Assist with training interventions for BlueStar back office staff and Principals,
- Daily Communication on: Daily Figures, Big Cases,
- Develop relevant Head Office networks to facilitate access to key role-players with the view on problem solving issues.
- Co-ordinate project initiatives at business level.
- Workflow Management
- Branding Control & Management
- Administration of meetings
- Co-ordination of SCS Events

What will make you successful in this role?

Qualification & experience
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience within a financial distribution environment
- Experience as Sales Support Assistant
- Sales and related administration processes (Leads)
- Operational Management/leadership of a team/unit

Knowledge and skills
- MS: Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Outlook; AUTONUB and other support sales tools
- WIRED, Advisers web, SANFINM, Leads System
