The project:
Large-scale refurbishment of a hospital in a live environment. Including management of decanting and new build interfaces. Project is situated in Kwazulu-Natal Province.

- You will manage design and wider consultant teams in a collaborative manner to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.
- You will lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).

You’ll need to have:

- Relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience.
- Registered as a Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr CPM) with the SACPCMP.

You’ll also have:

- Commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
- Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital Project Information Management Systems.- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
