Parts Administrator

**We are seeking an experienced Parts Administrator for our client in the Automotive Industry, based in Pinetown.**
**Duties**:
- Allocate and agree tasks with staff
- Train staff when required on issues such as quality of work, technical specifications, work procedures and practices
- Manage performance outputs
- Ensure productivity
- Controlling stock and consumables
- Motivating staff
- Reducing wrong or delayed deliveries
- Correct parts identification systems
- Supply Parts Bulletins to any change of parts
- Identify and negotiate with suppliers
- Set up and control stock level and sales systems
- Identify solutions and provision of outside parts when not internally available
- Compile sales reports
- Control Checks and reports
- Call reports
- Update Manual systems
- Explore potential customers
- Ensure cycle counts are conducted on a weekly basis
- Parts quality control
- Develop profitable customer relationships
- Successful audits and stock takes
- Control and monitoring of remanufactured components
- Ensure housekeeping is maintained at all times
- Monitor aging stock
- Market company as a full service supplier
- Build customer relations
- Identify potential new customer and develop the business opportunities
**Requirements**:
- Matric Certificate or higher
- Technical or Transport Diploma advantageous
- Minimum 2-5 Years’ experience in similar Parts Administrator role preferably light/heavy vehicles
- Code 10 license
- Advanced communication
- Team Player
- Excellent Human Relations
- Confident and proactive approach - anticipates issues and requirements
- Attention to detail
- Strong documentation skills
- Good communication skills
