As the Campus Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of the campus while collaborating closely with our private education team. If you possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and have prior management experience in a tertiary education environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Educational Requirements:

- Relevant Degree
- ETQA Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a management role
- 3-10 years’ experience in a Training and Development environment
- High level of competency in MS Office, particularly Word, and Excel
- Background in a tertiary academic environment is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities: As the Campus Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring a high-quality service to every student by overseeing, directing, and leading the daily campus operations.
- Driving the sales team's performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to achieve or exceed annual targets.
- Optimizing service levels to students and ensuring timely resolution of student issues within agreed parameters.
- Managing and coordinating marketing activities at the campus level, working closely with the head office marketing team.
- Achieving the budgeted EBIDA for the campus by managing revenue and operational expenses.
- Maintaining the highest quality of teaching and learning on campus.
- Ensuring compliance with all accreditation requirements from a statutory perspective.
- Attaining rollover and retention ratios for the campus and implementing corrective action plans when necessary.
- Keeping the campus presentable, well-maintained, and clean, and ensuring all IT systems and equipment are operational.
- Maximizing management interaction with students, including engaging with the SRC, organizing CSI projects, sports days, and parents' functions.
